** Download a fillable and printable Form 1003 (Fannie Mae Form 1003/Freddie Mac Form 65). You can save this document after you fill it out, and your information is saved, too. Save the document frequently as you fill it out. 

Print the completed form and bring it along when you visit Jim about your loan. That way, you can fill out as much as you can in the comfort of home.
